GENERAL
INFORMATION
The Home Place is a 60-unit retirement apartment complex located in Indianapolis. The property site is in Decatur Township, Marion County, and consists of 10.835 acres. The complex consists of 8 buildings comprising 62,062 square feet of gross building area. The buildings provide 60 retirement apartment units, including a variety of one and two bedroom units. Also included is a community building with a meeting area, management office, and kitchen/dining area.
Units range from efficiency
(504 sq. ft.) to two bedroom units with one and 1/2 baths
(1,100 sq. ft.). Each unit features a full kitchen with
refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, disposal, and water
heaters. All units are totally electric. The utilities,
with the exception of telephone and cable, are provided
to the tenant free of charge. Certain units have
washer/dryer hookups and others are offered washer/dryer
services in the common areas. Some of the cluster home
units also feature an attached one-car garage for each
unit.
