Erica Vagedes

Erica Vagedes is a registered dietitian (RD) who has been with Medical Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. since February 2004 as a consultant in the Indiana healthcare facilities and plays a key role in menu development.  She was employed at Richland-Bean Blossom Health Care Center, an 80 bed facility in Ellettsville, Indiana in the capacity of diet associate, and then food service director from 2001 until her promotion in 2004.  Ms. Vagedes graduated from Indiana University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science/Dietetics.  She completed her dietetic internship through the University of Northern Colorado Distance Internship Program in 2003.  Ms. Vagedes is involved with the Southeast Indiana Dietetic Association (SEIDA) as secretary.  She is also a member of the American Dietetic Association, Indiana Dietetic Association, and Consultant Dietitians in Health Care Facilities.
