Lynn Redmond

C. Lynn Redmond is President and Chairman of the Board of MRC, and is a resident of Lexington, Kentucky. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University in 1965, and an MBA from Murray State University in 1972. After graduation in 1972 and until 1977, Mr. Redmond worked in the personnel departments of medical/surgical hospitals as a personnel director. In 1977 he became Corporate Director for Personnel and Labor Relations for Excepticon, Inc., a publicly owned long term health care company that operated nursing homes and facilities for the developmentally disabled. In 1978 Mr.Redmond became Vice President of Health Care Operations for Excepticon, and in 1982, President of Excepticon. In 1981 Excepticon was merged into Forum Group. In 1984 Mr. Redmond became Vice President of the Long Term Care Division of Forum Group, Inc., and Vice President of the Retirement Communities Division in 1987. In 1990, Mr. Redmond left Forum to become President and part-owner of MRC.
