Health Risk Appraisal

Questionnaire designed to improve the quality of your life by evaluating your present health status and making positive lifestyle  changes.

Personal Care Screening

Comprehensive fitness evaluation that includes: height, weight, blood pressure, cardiovascular test, body composition, flexibility, abdominal strength. (Optional blood test - Chem 24)

Comprehensive Case Management

Comprehensive case management that includes: assistance and follow-up with individuals that are in the "high risk" category.

Facility Design and Management

Includes: feasibility study, initial planning, needs and interests survey, location, design, equipment selection, company goals and objectives, and professional staff and program evaluations.

Medical Self-Care Programs

Programs and materials include: video tape library on health topics, fliers, paycheck stuffers, booklets, handouts, and others.

Wellness Program

Includes: nutrition and weight management, general fitness, stress management, smoking cessation, self-care, ergonomics, back safety, etc.

Health and Wellness Newsletter

Monthly health newsletter that addresses a specific health issue as related to the National Institute of Health's monthly health objectives.

Wellness Bulletin Board

A health and wellness bulletin board is a low cost easy wellness program that can be placed in a number of facilities.

Benefits Plan Incentives

Design wellness incentive programs in conjunction with current employer insurance provider. Self-Insured groups can realize a significant benefit to this program.

Ergonomic Issues

An ergonomist or therapist will visit your worksite and use a variety of scientific techniques to carefully document job functions and risk factors that lead to injury.

Worker's Compensation Issues

Programs include: job-site analysis, ergonomic analysis, post offer testing, on-site physical therapy, back school, pre-work stretching, wellness programs.

Physical Abilities Testing

An ergonomic specialist will develop an employment test to insure that employers match worker capabilities to job demands. We address ADA, EEOC, and other concerns while testing job applicants. This test includes: test design criteria setting, validation studies, documentation, data management, and quality control.

On-Site Drug Testing

5-10 panel rapid drug screening. Results within 10 minutes.

Industrial On-Site Physical Therapy

We provide rehab services at the employer's worksite. Our program is designed to promote a safer work environment in which to work, control medical costs associated with employee injuries and play a greater role in the medical coordination of services provided to the injured employees. Emphasis is placed on prevention and early intervention treatment of acute injuries. Specific benefits include:

  • Reduction or elimination of lost work time by employees
  • Decreased disruption to production
  • Reduction of overall workers' compensation costs
