Allis Care Center

Allis Care Center is a 152 bed skilled nursing facility, specializing in long term care, short term rehabilitation, respite, and hospice care, offering 24 hour nursing care, seven days a week.  In addition, we are a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility.   

Allis Care Center offers personal care, health monitoring, medication management, three healthy meals approved by a qualified dietitian, snacks, personal laundry and linen services, resident funds management, and beautician services.

At Allis Care Center, we are interested in the individual person and their unique needs.  The facility has been providing care to the community for more than 30 years.  Our philosophy involves putting the resident first.  We believe in maintaining the dignity of each resident when planning their individualized care using an interdisciplinary team approach.  We promote the health and well-being of all residents, recognizing that every resident has physical, social, and spiritual needs.

Allis Care Center includes a sixteen bed Special Care Unit, which offers a safe environment for our Alzheimer’s and Dementia residents, along with specialized programs and activities daily.

In addition, Allis Care Center has a fully staffed and equipped rehabilitation department, offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy.  Our therapists are dedicated to helping residents reach their goals, whether the goal is to return home, transfer to an assisted living or group home, or remain in long term care.  Our therapists and staff will help each resident achieve and maintain their highest level of independence.
