Our health care programs are designed to assure that every resident receives proper medical care, phusical restoration, and such education, training, habitation, and guidance services that will enable them to develop their ability and potential to the fullest. 'Quality of Life' and the opportunity to participate in enjoyable and meaningful activities are essential to each resident.

Clay County Health Care Center is a skilled and intermediate long-term care facility with active membership with the Indiana Health Care Association and Medicare and Medicaid approved providing the following services:
