Karmenta Center has been providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation  in this community for over thirty years.  Karmenta Center is a not-for-profit facility, located on the east side of Madison.  We are ready to meet your needs. Residents’ rooms are bright and cheery and we highly encourage residents to bring personal and familiar items from home to give the room a familiar feeling.
